Return Eligibility

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Customized or personalized items, including jerseys with custom names, numbers, patches, or special requests, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Sale items, promotional items, and free gifts may have limited return eligibility.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After we review the problem, we will do our best to offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation.
Size Issues

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Promotional Orders
For Buy 2, Get 1 Free orders, all promotional items must be considered together. If you return part of a promotional order, the discount or free item value may be adjusted from your refund.
Free gifts or free promotional items must be returned together with the order if the return causes the order to no longer meet the promotion requirements.
Order Changes & Cancellations
